Generación de un repositorio de datos de genotipado de población control española.

The project will be undertaken in the two nodes of the CEGEN and in collaboration with the Spanish DNA Bank, all of them belong to the PRB2.
Following the SAB recommendations in 2015 and 2016, the objective of the project is to generate a repository of genetic data of a Spanish control population. We will analyze in total 1107 samples with two different arrays, Infinium Global Screening Array (680000 markers) and el Axiom Exome Biobank array (847605 markers).
