Determinantes genéticos y biomarcadores genómicos de riesgo en pacientes con infección por coronavirus.

A Genome-Wide association Study (GWAS) in a sample of 7000 Spanish patients of COVID-19 and a whole-genome sequencing study in a subgroup of 300 patients will be performed. Clinical data and personal / epidemiological data will be collected in a common database designed ad hoc for this project. The main objectives will be:
To search for genomic biomarkers that may predispose to a more severe infection or death. To search for genomic biomarkers of response in patients who have received treatment during infection.
Prognostic stratification of patients.
