CGH array study on loco-regional neuroblastoma.

We are performing a study, with public funding, and in collaboration with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, which requires the performance of array CGH studies of several chromosomes relevant for the biology of neuroblastoma. We need a certain amount of normal DNA to prepare a pool which will be used as reference DNA in the hybridizations. Since several polimorfisms have been reported in normal population to result in chromosomal gains/losses we need a normal control to avoid false positive/negative results.
